Service Description

11 sessions. Guided Hatha Yoga, with some Iyengar inspiration for improvers and intermediate level. Laurence will teach you the basics of Yoga, helping you adjusting your posture, introducing you to the art of breathing and to deep relaxation

Group classes: No refund. Private classes and massages: cancellation made more than 48 hours in advance of the massage will receive 100% refund. If made 24 hours in advance , 50% refund. Less than 24 hours in advance, no refund.
