Are you ready to take your yoga practice to the next level? Join Laurence at the Clifton Hampden village hall for on Tuesday nights. These sessions are designed for students with some experience. Beginners are welcome as long as they are open to modifications as needed. With over 20 years of experience, Laurence is a qualified Vinyasa Yoga instructor who focuses on alignment in the Iyengar style. Come join us from 6:30-8 pm and elevate your yoga practice.
