Beginners are welcome as long as they are open to modifications as needed. With over 20 years of experience, Laurence is a qualified Vinyasa Yoga instructor who focuses on alignment in the Iyengar style. Come join us from 6:30-8 pm and elevate your yoga practice. Group classes: No refund.
Private classes and massages: cancellation made more than 48 hours in advance of the massage will receive 100% refund. If made 24 hours in advance , 50% refund. Less than 24 hours in advance, no refund.
