Unwind and recharge with our Term Yoga Thursday 6.30 pm session at Nagy Yoga Abingdon. Join us to explore gentle sequences of movements, ending with deep guided relaxation to help you wind down before the weekend. All levels are welcome, so come and join us for an evening of relaxation and rejuvenation.

Group classes: No refund. Private classes and massages: cancellation made more than 48 hours in advance of the massage will receive 100% refund. If made 24 hours in advance , 50% refund. Less than 24 hours in advance, no refund.
