Guided Yoga practice with some Iyengar influence. using props, focusing on alignement in the postures, on observing one's breathing, on relaxation.

Group classes: No refund. Private classes and massages: cancellation made more than 48 hours in advance of the massage will receive 100% refund. If made 24 hours in advance , 50% refund. Less than 24 hours in advance, no refund.
