Service Description

Gentle flow Yoga for evening practitionners with some basic experience and no severe medical condition. Please come and join us our friendly classes on Thursday night at Sy Helen's church hall (Abingdon Town Center). Bring a mat, a small blanket , two bricks and a strap . Please note that there are no classes on 26.10, 2.11 and 9.11 2023

Group classes: No refund. Private classes and massages: cancellation made more than 48 hours in advance of the massage will receive 100% refund. If made 24 hours in advance , 50% refund. Less than 24 hours in advance, no refund.
