Abingdon: Post Natal Yoga

Post-Natal Yoga is aimed at mothers from 6 weeks after the birth.
They are friendly sessions where mums can meet up, exchange tips, share a cup of tea and start with gentle exercises between feeds and general childcare.
Classes usually take place as a follow up to Pregnancy classes

Your baby is very welcome and you shouldn’t worry at any time:

  • We adjust our practice to natural disruptions.
  • The class can welcome children up to 1 year old.
  • Please bring a mat or a blanket for your child as well as for yourself.

Classes are about 1 hour 15 minutes to 2 hours long.
Minimum of three participants
