A busy work schedule sometimes makes it impossible for me to attend yoga practice with Laurence. As yoga has now become an integral part of my life, I was intrigued when she suggested "yoga-by-skype". It works brilliantly and is great fun.

When I started taking Laurence's class I had no idea the impact yoga would have on me. I was suffering from tennis elbow and a pain in my hip and physiotherapy hadn't helped. Within a month or so of doing yoga the pain had all but disappeared and now, over a year on, there is no sign of it at all. I find the class hard work but also get a sense of peace and a clearer head. Laurence's teaching style is lovely and she encourages without being too pushy. I've taken to annoying my friends by preaching about the benefits of yoga. I feel healthier in body and in spirit and I wouldn't give it up now for anything. Thanks Laurence.

It took me a little while to adjust to this new yoga discipline but now I'm beginning to understand it and am starting to feel the benefits especially in my legs. I also think that the relaxation session is well thought out and practiced and creates an oasis of peace in a busy world. Thank you.
