When I started taking Laurence’s class I had no idea the impact yoga would have on me. I was suffering from tennis elbow and a pain in my hip and physiotherapy hadn’t helped. Within a month or so of doing yoga the pain had all but disappeared and now, over a year on, there is no sign of it at all. I find the class hard work but also get a sense of peace and a clearer head. Laurence’s teaching style is lovely and she encourages without being too pushy. I’ve taken to annoying my friends by preaching about the benefits of yoga. I feel healthier in body and in spirit and I wouldn’t give it up now for anything. Thanks Laurence.
