Post Natal Yoga



Monday 16th +  23rd of May2016  10 am -12 pm in Abingdon

Post-natal Yoga is aimed at mothers from 6 weeks after the birth .
They are friendly sessions where mums can meet up, exchange tips, share a cup of tea and start with gentle exercises between feeds and general childcare. Classes usually take place as a follow up to Pregnancy classes

Your baby is very welcome and you shouldn’t worry at any time:

We adjust our practice to natural disruptions.
The class can welcome children up to 1 year old.
Please bring a mat or a blanket for your child as well as for yourself.
