  • I really enjoyed the workshop (even the challenging bits!) although I did ache the next day…
    Once I got the hang of it, I particularly enjoyed the shoulder stands.
    Personally I’d like to do a calming the mind workshop, but as you’ve done that, how about stretching or flexibility?
